Chief John A. Adebanjo

He is the Chairman of The Board of Directors of Trinity Financial Services Group. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering Honors Degree from George Brown College, Canada and MBA from University of Lagos, Nigeria.

Chief John is a professional Consultant/Businessman with an extensive involvement in challenging millennium projects (Britain-France Channel Tunnel Construction, BIOMASS Power Generating Plant UK). Chairman - Aviation Logistics & Management Ltd, Chairman - American Express Nigeria, Sharaf Group Nigeria and the Virgin Group Africa.

Mr. Sola Oladipo

He is the Chief Executive Officer of Trinity Financial Services Group. He holds a Bachelor of Science Honors degree in Accounting from University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) and MBA from University of Lagos.

He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) and an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria (ACS).

He has attended several international courses including Business and Leadership courses at Harvard Business School, Columbia University New York, London Business School, University of Texas, University of Houston Business School and Euromoney. He worked with the Zenith Bank Group for a period spanning over two decades in several capacities. He retired as an Executive Director in charge of Domestic Operations, International Operations, Treasury and Treasury Operations, Corporates, Commercial Banking, e-Business Group in August 2017.

Mr. Oyeniyi Olaoye

He is a renowned Veteran in the Finance Industry, with a keen eye for commercial transactions and a proven success in managing and leading Teams within the Heineken Group. He was at various times Chief Internal Auditor, Finance Manager for several Breweries including the Sierra Leone Breweries and the Treasurer. He retired from the Group in 2014 as the Group Treasury Manager.

Since his retirement from Nigerian Breweries PLC, Mr. Oyeniyi has focused on the growth and expansion of Bukol Nigeria Ltd - a conglomerate of Companies he founded in 1990.

Mr. Terry Obaseki

He is an international businessman and holds an MBA degree from Ambrose Alli University.

He is the MD/CEO of Divine Flame and Energy International - a leading Oil & Gas Company in Nigeria. He also sits on the board of several companies.

Mr. Matthew Itua-Oboh

Barrister Matthew graduated from University of Nigeria, Nsukka, where he obtained a Bachelor of Law (LLB). He worked with several leading law firms until the formation of MATTHEW ITUA-OBOH & CO in 2007.

His areas of specialization include Legal Consultancy, Corporate & Property Law. He is also a Director of Trinity Financial.
